As they say in Palermo, "fish should be cooked, not cooked." We had a cold fish appetizer, simple and special. I recommend the homemade mayonnaise, which was top-notch. White fish tagliolini: I haven't had them this good in years; you can taste the fish stock expertly prepared. Excellent fried food with a light use of batter, very fresh whitebait, and very good crunchy zucchini (I'm usually against vegetables in fried food, but here they were very moderate).
